The Malays were forgetful because a Mamak said so.

by Navinn Rajendran Gounz.

What else he wants? Has been the biggest question I have always asked myself. Not at any point I have hated Tun Mahathir. I have loved him for who he was, but not for what he is now. At 92, wanting to save the country, I think it is a great job. Anwar Ibrahim wanted to save the country too and Tun Mahathir himself crushed the effort. When Najib Razak wants to give the same medicine he gave Anwar, the cries like a baby on press and social media. Probably you know how we Indians say, as a person grows older they become a child again.

So many people have been very defensive of Tun Mahathir saying how much he has contributed for the country? I agree. But it was NOT A FREE job. No politician does a free job. They are paid monetarily for the time that they lose for their family in return to make sure other families in the country is taken care. Who gives these politician the comfort that comes with the position? It is the people, the rakyat through tax. Apart from monetary benefits, the people trusted Tun Mahathir through the country’s success and failures. Despite slandering Anwar Ibrahim, Malaysians trusted him with 2/3 representation in parliament.

Can Tun Mahathir have the guts to make an open statement that none of his project during his premiership swindled a single Ringgit?

Please do not mistake loss of money due to wrong decisions with swindling. If Tun and his supporters can throw allegations against the current premier what is the former premier immune from? I suppose it shouldn’t be like the pot calling the kettle black. At least they should have some integrity to make sure their house is clean before complaining on the stench of their neighbor.

Tun Mahathir wants a better Malaysia or better Malays?
He wants to save Malaysia or the Malays? Calling him Mamak is a racist act but establishing BERSATU as a Malay political party is not one? He has simply never changed. Why must he as it was his ideology from day one. When Lee Kuan Yew wanted a Malaysians Malaysia, Tun Mahathir wanted a Malay Malaysia. Despite warnings from Tunku Abdul Rahman, many simply took Tun Mahathir’s side.

He himself will place Najib Razak in position and if politicians don’t work in his favor, he himself will try to take them down. Tun Mahathir repaid Tun Razak’s generosity by pushing Najib Razak up. Najib Razak paid Tun Mahathir’s generosity by making Mukhriz by becoming Menteri Besar of Kedah despite losing party election.

What further surprises me is Tun Mahathir’s daughter, Marina Mahathir who is being loved and looked up by the nation. We have tendency to love hypocrite more than honest ones. Marina speaks on being Malaysian, why she didn’t voice out on her papa’s and brother Malay party that clearly does not uphold the spirit of Malaysian? I agree, she can’t control the decisions of her father or brother, but she refrain from commenting on anything concerning BERSATU. BERSATU is not like UMNO. It is a new establishment that could have embraced every single Malaysian, but they didn’t. She also further forgot that Marina is who she is because of her surname, not otherwise. It irritates how these core issues is smartly blinded by mere statements that supports the rights and defend issues pertaining Non Malays.

Dear Marina Mahathir, it was your papa that Islamized Malaysia and today you have a contradicting opinion with Tuhan and Allah. It was your father whom brought us down. Instead telling us to be united, sit for a nice meal and have a family discussion.

Was Tun Mahathir a rich Anak Bangsawan since birth? Oppppsss sorry. Was Tun Mahathir a rich Malayalee Kutty since birth? Tun Mahathir was half Indian by the way before he became a Malay convert. Why am I bringing it up? Cause the Non Malay’s used to mock Tun’s identity at coffee shops. Maybe at Nothing 2 Hide 3.0, Tun Mahathir can come clean on himself and family before pointing fingers on other.

By the way, how did a family without family inheritance own 16 companies under Tun Mahathir’s name, 29 under Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir, 156 under Tan Sri Mirzan Mahathir, 158 under Tan Sri Mokhzani Mahathir’s and 126 under Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir’s name? Were all this earned or awarded? I’m totally fine if they had acquired the knowledge to run all these companies. I hope Syed Saddiq would have something to say about how all these companies was acquired and when were they acquired.

With so much of issues unsettled and so many unanswered questions, how did so many of you rally behind Tun Mahathir? At least he lived long enough to see what he has done to Malaysians. And at least the Singapore he chased and the Lee Kuan Yew he forced out saw Singapore independently successful alive.

How can Mahathir be the right person to lead the nation when he is no different compared to the person he accuses. We are all fine. Problems here and there and we can definitely figure a way around it. But bringing in a figure that is no good and on a personal note, we don’t rely on his ideas and thought anymore. Please remember. Tun Mahathir would not have lasted 22 years if social media had emerged during his premiership.

BERSATU is simply an UMNO Divorcee Club.

Muhyiddin kena Talak, Mukhriz kena Talak and Shafee kena Talak.

The Malays were forgetful because a Mamak said so.

Malaysian First, Indian Second.

by Navinn Rajendran I am a Malaysian Indian. Yes. Malaysian first, Indian second. I kind of don’t know how ill survive in India if Malaysian Indians are forced to go back but somehow nothing is like Malaysia. The best decision that my grandparents made in their life was to stay put in Malaysia. Wait a minute. What you mean by stay put? Didn’t the British bring Indians to Malaysia. Errrmm. Lets look into some history before we fast forward to the present situation. Indians have been trading in Malaiyur, which is The Land of Hills way before British came by. The British kind of needed some help in plantation as they were lazy to do it themselves and brought our grandparents to Malaya. When they decided one fine day that they have scraped enough, they decided to leave.  But Indians weren’t as significant compared to 916 or precious gems to loot back. So an easy way out was to establish a united country that is peaceful among various races. Of course they lef...

Does the caste system determine a Malaysian Indian’s life?

by Navinn Rajendran The caste system has always been an issue for an Indian, irrespective of where the individual is. I have always felt that the lack of understanding by the Indian Diaspora has led the issue to be hijacked by irresponsible individuals to be used for personal gain and further split the community deeply. I repeat, my focus here is narrowed down to the Indian Diaspora and I am further narrowing it down specifically towards Malaysian Indians. I have always had people complaining that the caste system should be abolished in Malaysia and it is causing racism within the community. Every time I try to explain it on my point of view, I end up being labelled as racist and so on. And then it hits me that lack of basic understanding of caste system in Malaysia had led to a negative viewpoint. Firstly I am going to further narrow down the subject to Malaysian Indians whom are Tamils. There are other communities that don’t face much of an issue in general. The Teleg...

Who’s Who for Senatorship in MIC.

by Navinn Rajendran As everyone are geared up for election many have ignored the Senatorship that is coming up as few individuals are having their term end pretty soon. A couple of individuals whom are supposed to be in the system has been not able to be absorbed into the system and this is indeed one channel. There are 4 spots for MIC in obtaining   the Senatorship and we have hereby listed 6 individuals that are eligible for the spot thus far based on position and contribution.  1.      Datuk T. Mohan (DTM) DTM has been a very prominent figure amongst the Indian community since being appointed as the MIC Youth Leader. He has helped so many youths and have made many successful. How we wish if they had followed DTM’s footsteps instead of dancing around with arrogance. But the one name that will go down in history for leading Indians into the mainstream sports will be Datuk T Mohan. Being the Vice President of MIC also further strengthens ...
